1. What is a Dachshund Puppy?
Dachshund puppies are a small and long bodied hound breed known for their lively personalities, bravery, and beautiful short, long, or wiry coats. Despite their tiny legs, they are confident, alert, and full of energy. With their sausage-like shape, floppy ears, bright eyes, and affectionate nature, Dachshunds make wonderful companions and are especially loved for their playful, loyal, and curious temperament.
2. How do I reserve a puppy?
To reserve a puppy, simply visit our Available Puppies page and fill out the application form. Once approved, a non-refundable deposit is required to hold your puppy. We operate on a first-come, first-serve basis for picking order.
3. Are your puppies registered?
Yes, all of our Dachshund puppies come with AKC limited registration unless otherwise specified. Breeding rights may be available for approved homes at an additional cost.
4. When can I take my puppy home?
Puppies are ready to go home at 8 weeks of age. By this time, they will have been vet-checked, vaccinated, dewormed, and socialized.
5. Do you offer shipping or delivery?
Yes! We offer nationwide delivery via:
- Flight nanny service (in-cabin hand delivery)
- Ground transport (door-to-door service in select regions)

6. What does my puppy come with?
Each puppy goes home with:
- Vet health certificate
- Vaccination & deworming records
- Starter bag of puppy food
- Comfort blanket with mom’s scent
- Lifetime breeder support
7. Are your parent dogs health tested?
Yes. All our breeding dogs are genetically health tested and cleared for common breed-related conditions such as:
- Hip and elbow dysplasia
- Heart and eye issues
- Degenerative Myelopathy (DM)
- PRA-PRCD and more
- Intervertebral Disc Disease (IVDD)
- Patella Luxation
We only breed from dogs with excellent temperaments and clean health lines.
8. Can I visit your facility?
For the health and safety of our puppies and mothers, our facility is not open for walk-in visits. However, we do welcome scheduled visits and video calls for approved families once your application has been reviewed. This helps us maintain a clean, stress-free, and safe environment for all our dogs while giving you peace of mind.
9. Do you offer a health guarantee?
Yes! Every puppy comes with a 1-year genetic health guarantee. We stand confidently behind our breeding program, health testing, and the loving care we put into raising each pup. Full details of our health guarantee will be included in your adoption contract.
10. What if I can’t keep the puppy?
We understand life can be unpredictable. If you are ever unable to keep your puppy for any reason, please contact us first. We have a lifetime return policy — we will always help rehome or welcome back any puppy originally adopted from us, no questions asked. Our puppies will always have a home here with us.
